I totally agree with soulguy, it's rude of anyone to give someone else's number to anyone without notice. At the same time, you should be cautious about this person. Some women are too interested in having guys interested in them that they let all their natural defenses down. That' who you end up on the 6 o'clock news as a statistic in a missing person's investigation. Don't trust strangers EVER!

I would say he is a smart fella (got ur number) who needs to go have a cup of coffee/tea/soda/whatever with you and tell you why he is interested in you, not the obvious that he wants to bang you as soon as possible but what sets you apart from anyone else out there...if he can answer that and he is not just following head#2 Then I would tell him it was nice meeting him and the next date I would want to meet at a bookstore, its funny but you can really rip into the meat and potatoes part of a person if you take them to a big bookstore and just let them decide the direction you look in...comedy,scifi,magna, you get my drift? Generally serious non comedic readers go for the biography/autobiography books and very real historical info. Comedy types go for funny stuff. More creative types go for the scifi, and the anime info, or you could find your guy looooooves cooking...the subject matter is right there, or you could find you have an Elizabethan type of poet on your hands, which by the way in my first year of college I had such a beautiful English professor, I didnt learn anything but stared at him as he read things out loud...I was fully engaged with the passionate way he read. So I am just saying you can figure this guy out and either hit the eject button or become totally fascinated. Its your call.-Rachel.

If i was you i would feel privileged that the is a guy out there who went out of his way to really get to know you. Not just blow it off coz its not that easy to get to know you because he doesn't directly know you.
Be happy that there is a guy out there that loves you the way you are. Not because he wants to get into your pants or because he likes to show you off, he likes you for you!
