I know several cases where a man loves a woman and she loves him too but cannot be together. She can't stop sending texts or e-mails just to keep in touch. He always answers but never is the one who initiates it. She can't stop herself from contacting him but he can. Are men stronger or more capable of controling their feelings than women?

men are less emotional than women but in the cases you speak of, it sounds like the women is very insecure about the relationship and a bit needy. no one wants to be contacted that often. it's annoying. no need for the guy to initiate the contact, she's doing enough for both of them.

one thing i know for sure men don't like to be hurt but love/ enjoy hurting the other and i tend to think there not likely to overcome their feelings like women so that makes them weak!
