I have problems with a big stomach...I just can't loose it and now I try to eat better but I eat junk! and its fustrating. i can't stop eating the sweets and I swear its getting even bigger now. It sux sitting down cuz the fat is balling up!! I was trying not to eat at all today but i gave it. im loosing hope, just tell me to give up. theres no way.

Im a bodybuilder...ever since i have started i have been natural..no supplements what so ever..and i have gotten good results over time despite my lack of having good genetics......looking at bodybuilders(Pro) there is no doubt they are pumping HUGE amounts of steroids into their bodies...i always consider steroids cheating and ive seen alot/heard alot of negative things regarding steroids...but after doing alot of research it seems that steroids are only harmful when doing a large dosage on a continual basis...NO im not thinking about taking them..but it has made me wonder...If steroids were taking more cautiously and in ALOT lower dosage could average atheletes or even bodybuilders see an improvement without putting there health at that big a risk?Steroids are even used to treat some medical conditions..so in using them safely can they really b that harmful..as the over usage caused a negatvie stigma for this enhancing supplement?

I know underweight (BMI 18.5) is about 114 lbs for someone my height, but will I be too thin at 125 lbs. I'm 138 lbs, size 6-8 now. My mom thinks I would look good at 125, but my dad says I'll "disappear completely" at that weight

i want to quit smoking.. and i need a good substitute.. i hate gum and i dont want to use patches ... i also dont want to gain any weight so candy is not a good option for me.. i'm stumped.. what works for you?

Which of these foods are just not edible in your opinion? Here's what I'll be receving in a few days. For lunch, I'll be getting tuna salads, vegetable beef soups, sliced ham, cream of brocolli soup, actually for lunch I see most all are soups. Then for dinner I have a couple of cheese pizzas, beef stew, hamburgers, mac and cheese and beef, pasta fagioli, mashed potatoes with meatloaf & tomato sauce, pot roast, zesty cajun style chicken & sausage with rice (this looks like Zatarhan's jambalaya from the picture on the box). For breakfast I mostly only got cereals, there's some chocolate chip pancake mixes, oatmeals and only 1 scrambled eggs (I've heard these are gross so I may end up exchanging these for something else). And desserts I've got tons of apple cakes (I'm guessing alot of people don't like these and that's why I had alot put in my order), a couple chocolate cake mixes, chocolate chip puddings, cherry jubilee pudding, almond biscotti, hot cocoa & strawberry shortcake bars.

i plan on eating 3 meals a day and 2 snacks but limiting myself to protein and vegetables only as well as water and tea. i will be working out for about an hour to two hours everyday. how much weight can i lose in a month? and please i dont want to hear about weather or not this is healthy...thanks!

I've had some major surgeries & need to los some weight so i have begun eating oatmeal for breakfast wit a sasuage patty,blk coffee,stirfry or hamburger for lunch,beans for supper w/cornbread.I feel good & fart a lot(fun).Is this pretty good health habits?

I think I have an anorexic mindset. I count calories obsessively and i think im fat even tho im at the low side of normal. I work out all the time and whenever i eat i feel like a pig. I dont like to eat when others are around and sometimes i dont eat all day and then at night ill pig out. It gets so bad that i try to not eat but i cant do that. I dont even want to look healthy. Healthy sounds fat to me. What am i supposed to do?

I started At 8and 3/4 stone
Now 7and half
and have been for like.. a month now it wont budge no lower.
im 5'3
Im on like 1000 Calories less on weekends
witch is really easy..
im Hardly hungry.
just eat loadsa healthy foods
and i exercise daily?
Why aint it going no lower?
Its starting to bug me!

im 158cm and i weigh 92lbs and i dont eat breakfast and i rarely eat lunch but i eat dinner in the past i have made myself sick, not anymore tho. i always think i am fat aswell
