You just need to modify your eating and exercise habit as you have now reached the plateau.

It's called a plateau.

Your body doesn't want to lose any more fat so it's trying to adjust itself so that it doesn't have to. Please resist the temptation to eat less as this will be counter productive. Make sure you're taking in enough calories a day.

There are two schools of thought on dealing with this. The first is to continue as you have and just power on through it. Eventually you'll start losing weight again.

The other way is to change your routine and force your body to work in ways it's not used to. If you used to run, try using an elliptical machine at the gym. If you cycle, try running instead. If you use the elliptical machine, try cycling.

Remember, change is good.

your calories are too low and your metabolism has slowed because of this. to keep the metabolic rate functioning normally you should never consume less calories than "your" BMR requires. those that are physically active daily typically need slight more calories then the BMR requires to facilitate fat loss. also the lower the caloric intake the higher the quality of foods there must be. a low calorie diet of fish, skinless poultry, high fiber carbs, fruits and veggies is several magnitudes healthier than a low calorie diet of man made highly processed diet foods. in terms of calories the source of the calories is more important than the calories themselves. the less chemicals that you ingest on a daily basis the healthier you will be in the short and long term.

stop worrying about your weight in some people stress cause weight gain. to lose weight you must burn more calories than you eat if you think you do then perhaps you have hit a dead end
just switch up your exercises also a study shows that if you only consume 1000 calories your body will store fat and will only burn 1000 calories. good luck!

you have reached a platueu (stopped losing)
your body has got used to your routine and you need to mix it up a little, thats all.
maybe exercise less/more or take a day off to eat about 500 cals more than usual. I think your eating a little to less anyway?

but yeh thats all u have to do and it will give your metabolism a boost and u will start losing again
good luck :)
