Go do one of those steam wraps at the local spa. You won't lose inches, but if "fast" is what you're going for, then yeah. Other than that, diet and exercise (sorry, but genuine weight-loss is a one-way street, and those are the directions to it).

10 simple steps hope you like'em:
1. sport....1 hour every 2 days
2. healthy food
4. lots of vegetables
5. never eat junk food or meat that have lots of fat like ham
6. walk at least 1 hour a day
7. don't eat after 8:00 o'clock
8.if u don't like number 7 don't eat before at least 3 hours before you sleep
9.eat 3 meals a day with one snack
10. you shouldn't sit more than 4 hours a day in front of a tv or computer!!

In case you haven't noticed, NONE of the suggestions are healthy. They all require a severe cut in daily caloric intake and pretty much are nutritional deserts.

Unfortunately, you cannot lose weight FAST in a healthy way. Believe me, millions (including yours truly) have tried.

You can take any of the suggestions, just realize that the fixes are temporary, and chances are that once you *do* lose weight, you will gain it again perhaps quicker once you get back to eating normal.

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries
