I lost about 100 lbs. I got a different job with less stress and more activity. I lost weight without really trying. when I realized I was losing, I made sure I ate right and got exercise outside of work. I kept a food diary to make sure I was eating good foods in correct amounts. I still eat things that aren't good for me, but I don't eat them as often or in large portions.
