right hi i want to become a model and i need to lose weight on my bum and thighs fast everyone tells me i dont need to but i feel unconfiable with it, i want to lose the weight and fast but in a healthy way please im begging someone help me !!!!!!!

jog, run, exercise bikes to burn the fat then lifts and curls and higher resistent levels on the bike to tone them and mae them firm. try getting a personal trainer - also eat a balanced healthy lower calorie diet with lots of fruit and veg. drink at least two litres of water a day to flush toxins out from your body (it gives you clearer skin!) good luck xxx

Goto a gym and ask the the people working there which exercising and machines are best for your butt and theighs, then you can work on them 3 to 4 times a week.

After that no one will be able to walk by you with commenting on your behind.

go to SEVERAL modeling agencies and register with them. Then, ASK THEM if in their PROFESSIONAL opinion, you need to lose any weight to succeed. That will be your answer. Good Luck.
