The only thing I can see missing would be the omega 3's. you would have to add flax seed or fish to the routine once in a while. Also, oranges might be better for the fruit because it has more vitamin C than Apples do.

In my experience of life long decisions on what to eat...battling weight problems etc. being force fed by mother, eating disorders...has made me secure in answering this question for you... My answer would be
yes. I say so because you are getting a balance of lean protein ( as long as you are not eating the chicken skin and are porportionate to carbs and natural sugar. also I would do Brown Rice as opposed to white.
However, the boring ness of this diet seems to outweigh the fact that you could live to a hundred eating chicken rice and apples and peas and only drinking water
I would check out the Peas and perhaps interchange them with brocolli. Or another green vegi...
Peas tend to be very acidic and if you have a history of cold sores the cooked, canned variety bring them on.
The best bet would be to go cruciferous like Brussels sprouts, or cabbage. they are loaded with fiber and water and so good for your digestion, there are a hundred ways to cook cabbage and brussel sprouts.and they are amazing when cooked with apples
Also, I would only eat chicken grown with -out hormones and that are free range...A lot of little girls are getting breasts way before their time because of all the hormones being pumped into chickens.
Personally I never ever eat chicken when I go out...
that said...you are stronger than anyone I know ifyou are planning to eat only said diet...
.

Vitamins maybe but your missing key esential minerals and fats in this program so i'de have to say NOPE, you can;t live on this without being malnutritioned because it's not a balanced "rainbow" of nutrients.

You would have to take an omega3 supplement to add in fats and there are little to now anti oxidents in this list so add BCAA's and a multivitamin, Vitamin D, B's and E are a littel lacking too...

...jeez, now you have me thinking. You have to have variety to live but there shouldbe a bare minimum...this is a good start, justneeds some additional tweaking or one hell of a multivitamin-nutrient supplement.

They probably could but they may become slightly anemic. Red meats are a high source of iron for our bodies so usually if a person doesn't consume some red meat at least once in awhile they become anemic and need iron pills. (At least that's my understanding)

Their potassium level may also be a bit low so a banana would be helpful.

i does not think of which you would be super healthful purely ingesting those issues, yet you're able to desire to stay to tell the tale for possibly an prolonged time with the aid of fact something is extra effective than no longer something in any respect...you're staying hydrated and are receiving nourishment so which you're able to be ok, whether, you will omit out on particular supplementations and minerals that are cutting-edge in different meals...it possibly isnt the final theory, whether it certainly wont kill you...
