Why so soon? Why are you starting now?

If you try to lose that much weight that soon you will not be doing it in a healthy way. You would be damaging your body.

The best thing you can do is to write down everything you eat and drink, how much, and how many calories. Keep a record of what you eat every day. Then you will be able to adjust it so you lose the weight you want. Otherwise you just want the easy way out.

seriously, 10 kilos in two weeks can be done but it's not a safe thing to do......Low carb diets are the best I have used for massive fast weight loss and you could expect to lose maybe 7 kilos in 2 weeks doing that

22 lbs of fat in 2 weeks is impossible.

rapid weigh loss results in nothing more than water weight being excreted from the body as stored nutrients are metabolized for energy. the body does not rapidly transition from the state of fat storage to accelerated fat loss, it goes against human biology. there is only so much fat that the body will utilize in a 24 hr period regardless of how low the calories are or how much exercise is performed. this is how human biology functions and there is no way around it. fat loss is a slow process

Why wait till two wekks later? You can affirm yourself from now on by vividly seeing youself as a fit person, with stamina and zeal.

If you stick to diet thing, perhaps you can adopt vegetarian diet. Your weight will be more stable over time.

You really can't lose that much but still give it your best shot and do a fruit and soup shock.
Eat fruits for breakfast and lunch and drink soup for dinner.
Exercise for 30 min a day.
Still unless you are like 110 kg s you wouldn't lose that much

Eat an apple every time your hungry and do that for 3 days... then go on the cabbage soup diet, also known as the sacred heart diet... you can lose 10 pounds from eating nothing but apples... and 14 pounds from the cabbage soup diet. Look it up on the internet... they tell you what fruits and vegetables to eat while your on the diet.

If you don't eat for one day, you can lose 3 pounds the first day, 2 pounds the second day, 1 pound the third day...

If you eat nothing but steamed chicken with no additional flavours or spices added to it, you can lose 1-2 pounds a day. I think this is the only way you can reach your goal. But you can only do this diet for 2 weeks, any longer and you'll have liver problems.

impossible. you can try losing 5..... dont drink soda, alot of junk food, no snacking... no bread
