I think I have an anorexic mindset. I count calories obsessively and i think im fat even tho im at the low side of normal. I work out all the time and whenever i eat i feel like a pig. I dont like to eat when others are around and sometimes i dont eat all day and then at night ill pig out. It gets so bad that i try to not eat but i cant do that. I dont even want to look healthy. Healthy sounds fat to me. What am i supposed to do?

I would get some therapy ASAP before this gets worst. it is near impossible for most to battle these types of issues with out the help of professionals.

That is a tough question! the only thing that i can suggest is to stop watching tv for a while( believe that has something to do with it) and drink plenty of liquids, you will be to filled up to work out . Try to eat things that are small but filling. so that you will not think of your self as a pig( suggestion peanut butter). I hope that helps.

i was anorexic for three years and never got help...i don't starve myselft anymore but i do the same thing u do...always weighing myselft after eating and even after using the bathroom 2 make sure i don't gain any more...i did it because it was the only thing i controlled in my life but then it controlled me...the only way to stop is help but u have to want help not because everybody is telling u to get help. this is not something that just goes away u have 2 b strong 2 fight it.

well i was bulimic and i havet puked in like a month and i weighed my self yesterday and i weighed 133.1 and i never was that much and what i think that you should do is maybe go and talk to someone and get some help before its too late
