muscle cells are myocytes and fat cells are adipocytes they are 2 completely different cell structures and are not converted from one to the other.

170 lbs with only 15 lbs of fat would put you at close to 9% body fat

* ultimately your diet determines the level of body fat. this is why high protein diets with high fiber carbs and plenty of veggies and fruits result in a lean body. if your diet is already clean then you need to increase the intensity at which you exercise to increase the resting metabolic rate.

Um hard to say an exact time. Hydroxycut alone doesnt do it. you need to consume a healthy diet and work out for, in my opinion an hour a day. I dont believe in personal trainers unless you have tried and failed many times or are an athlete on a rigorous workout schedule. work you differant muscle groups and I would say about a month you will take that 15 pound of fat and make it 20 lbs of muscle

im curious how you come to figure out that you have 15 pounds of fat. before you rush out and buy your hydroxycut, i recommend you educate yourself a little bit on general nutrition, exercise science, and weight training. after reading up on these topics, you will learn that you dont magically turn fat into muscle. its like trying to turn lead into gold. its impossible. secondly, i will tell you from experience and trial and error that fat loss pills just do not work!!! instead of wasting money on them, buy yourself a gym membership or a used weight set and put in some time in the gym. weight training and diet will be the only thing that will help remove 15 pounds of fat from your body while adding 15 pounds of muscle.

it takes hard work ,effort, and patiance. I would say see a personal trainer. and don't take hydroxycut or any other 'weight loss' drug.
