Will Apple Cider Vinegar help to lose weight...

The idea is that vinegar will lower the GI of a high carb meal when taken after a meal. However, that won't help much at all if the overall diet and exercise program is in the toilet. There simply are no shortcuts to fat loss.

There is not one shred of evidence that apple cider vinegar will help a person lose weight.

I don't think it does. Its kinda like a placebo, you think it works when really it doesn't. People drinking lose weight from dieting and exercise, not the vinegar.

It helped me lose weight by keeping my appetite under control. I only took it for 3 days, twice each day.

My concoction composed of

2 tbs ACV Organic
1 tbs baking soda to eliminate the acid
1 tbs honey to ward off that nasty taste

I took it during or right after I ate.

I've read that it will. I don't know for sure but it certainly gives me a filling of fullness when I drink it in my tea.

I think so, but the taste is unbearable! Watch out, cause it could make you throw up!
