The idea is that vinegar will lower the GI of a high carb meal when taken after a meal. However, that won't help much at all if the overall diet and exercise program is in the toilet. There simply are no shortcuts to fat loss.

I don't think it does. Its kinda like a placebo, you think it works when really it doesn't. People drinking lose weight from dieting and exercise, not the vinegar.

It helped me lose weight by keeping my appetite under control. I only took it for 3 days, twice each day.
My concoction composed of
2 tbs ACV Organic
1 tbs baking soda to eliminate the acid
1 tbs honey to ward off that nasty taste
I took it during or right after I ate.
