i am wide.. i think its because my ribs and my hips are so close together ... i am 5'6 female... and i weight 120 ... but i look like i weigh more because im soo WIDE ! will this go away when i get older... or is there anything i can do to fix this ?

Theoretically, since muscle mass burns fat more efficiently, if I used 'roids to put on 15 lbs of muscle, I would be able to get more out of aerobic workouts. Is that possible, hypotheically?

I am try to loose about 10-15 pounds. My meal plan for the day and most days is
breakfast- half a whole wheat english muffin, i boiled egg, half a grape fruit and a yogurt.
3 hours later- bannana, mini orange, and 4 different types of veggies
3 hours later- wild salmon salad- no dressing because i forgot it, all bran bar, and more veggies
3 hours later- apple, another orange
3hours later- oatmeal, veggies, almonds and maybe some pinapple
Some days wheni have time i add some chicken breast with the oatmeal mostly when i work out.These are the foods i enjoy, i dont think i need to diet cause everything i like is good for you!!!!!! what do you think??? i also work out 3-4 days a week for an hour or so and i also work 13 hour days!

I used to be depressed, dizzy spells, no energy, headackes, anxious etc.

I ate take out food nearly every day, burgers, chicken strips, fries etc etc.

I checked my blood pressure a month ago and it was high, the doctor told me to go on a low salt diet. I did and only started eating steamed vegetables, fruit, unsatled nuts, fresh meats and fish etc. No take out.

After about 2 - 3 weeks I started feeling great, no more headaches, dizziness, I am happier and feel so relaxed with energy to burn.

Who else thinks that eating take out all the time which is loaded with salt and preservatives and who knows what else.

Could it be to blame for a lot of things we suffer from?

Oh and my blood pressure came down too.

Im kinda short and I need to gain some muscle mass, however i dont want to look shorter. Would get buffed up be a good idea? What body type would look on me?

I Heard that eggs were actually really good for you, but then i looked at the nutritional facts and they have alot of fat.

How are they healthy if their have quite a bit of fat?

I dont eat very much anymore basically based on sports and working out and they basically consume my day...I only eat at lunch and supper...so i get probably close to 1000 calories a day...if i keep this up...will i just lose weight based on how much a body can burn?? i dnk why i am thinking this? lol

I have been doing bench presses for my chest excercises and now I'm interested in starting to use dumbbells for presses. I don't know what the dumbbell equivalent to a bench press is. On the bench press, I usually do 12 reps at 95 lbs., 10 reps at 115 lbs. then 8 reps at 135 lbs. What weight dumbells should I use to get an equal workout? Thanks.

I have a friend who says that his magnetic belt helps him to not eat too much, but I'm thinking that if a belt could do this, then any belt would work. What's so special about it being magnetic?

I can't resist sweets and juices and I keep buying at the school canteen, even if I don't have money, I always borrow from someone else and I keep buying, buying, buying!

I am 20, 5'7 and about 138...I work full time and have an office job, so I'm pretty unactive at work. I don't consider myself fat, my legs are very muscular and so is my stomach but I just have some fat covering them. And little love handles that I want to get rid so I have more curve.

I was wondering if the lean cuisine meals are suitable for lunch and/or dinner, since I don't have a lot of time to make food.
For breakfast I usually do special k with a banana or something. Then I have my fat free yogurt, apples or a low calories snack few times during the day.

Are there any supplements I should take...protien shakes...
what would be a good eating plan and workout plan.
I try to do 30 min of cardio when I go to the gym. would walking a mile on lunch be a good i dea to squeeze in... help!
