about 98%.
if i have Kashi cereal instead of whole oats with my breakfast that is usually the only processed food that I will eat in a day. I cook all my foods from scratch and actively avoid processed foods. I can go a week easy with out eating anything man made.

what are we talking about here, TV dinners? or does the pancake mix i add milk to considered prepared foods? if we are talking TV dinner type stuff. i would say about 5% prepared. they are gross and the only reason i say 5% is because the skillet meals (meal in bag, just add heat) those are a good esay fix.
but if we are talking things like the pancake mix, then i would say about 40% prepared, but i am lowering that level, since i just desided to quit my job and stay at home with my 7 month old son.

At this time, a very, very tiny portion, as I am not home much. About the second week of January I hope to make it a 40/60 to 50/50 split and possibly work my way up.

Too much. My wife and I, about 2 BC, were cooking constantly. Made our own pasta, bread, scones, crumpets, sauces, etc... everything but raise the animals. But When our daughter was born, there was little time to do so.
Now our daughter is older and we can get back to doing some of the things we used to. She needs to learn to cook, and we need to get back to the basics of nutrition. We have printed the basic food groups on magnetic sheets and cut them out. We add the appropriate food group magnet under out position on the 'fridge, and at the end of the day we look at what we have fed ourselves.
