There are actually 2 kinds of eggs...
and dont be worried about FAT.. Fat is actually good for you.. especially if you are younger its key for brain development...

ok the 2 kinds of eggs are
FRESH FREE RANGE EGGS or BATTERY HEN EGGS - Battery Hen Eggs are the ones you see in the stores.. they are not fresh.. when you crack a fresh free range egg and a battery hen egg you will notice a remarkable difference...

- I will take the time to note that "Free Range" can mean a lot of things - I am refering to ones that are actually out in a pen walking around or loose in the yard.. in some areas it can mean they are warehoused but not in tiny cages 3 birds to a 12x18 cage like battery hens are... in most places you can buy FRESH FREE RANGE eggs from actual loose chickens at farmers markets or from farmers themselves...

ok back to the facts - BATTERY HEN eggs are ACIDIC... an interesting fact is that cancer prefers adicic bodies...
FRESH FREE RANGE EGGS are Alkhid.. cancer CANNOT live in an alkhid body...also free range eggs contain healthier amino acids
Battery hen eggs contain alot of negative energy from the stressful conditions those birds live in...

MEAT itself is far worse than EGGS simply because of the growth hormones and chemicals put into the animals and their feed.. Chickens in particular - but cows and pigs too..

SOOooooo you should CUT DOWN your MEAT portions... most people dont realize meat portion should be the size of a deck of cards... AND you should have at least 1 meatless day a week!!!! (preferably 2-3.. but you can eat eggs on your meatless days)

eggs are all natural and humans are designed to ingest all natural foods that are provided by mother nature. if you are not allergic to a all natural food then only the amount of consumption becomes the issue. no less than 20% of the daily calories should be derived from health fats, some of that 20% can surely come from consuming whole eggs. if you want to eat more egg and less fat then just cook and eat the white. it's all protein (50% of the protein in an egg) and fat free.

Some fat it healthy for you, however, store bought eggs are not beneficial to eat! The chickens are raised it these huge round tops & never have any romm to move around to play & they never kow the rooster! This causes the chicken to have a nervous condition that flows into the eggs which appears to us in the form of bad colestoral, and artey clogging agent. Take a little drive with your sweet heart & seek out some one who is selling farm fresh eggs! These eggs are as healthy for you as the day is long!!! Especially for womans health!

Some fat is good. Egg whites are among the perfect foods. All the fat is in the yolk.
