how can u lose alot of weight in 2 weeks.

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

I've lost seventeen pounds in two months. Unfortunately, I do not exercise. However, I eat whole, real foods free of fake ingredients such as corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated oils, fully hydrogenated oils, etc. Just because an item claims to be healthy, doesn't mean it is. There are zillions of cereals on the market that claim to be healthy, claim to help one lose weight, or even be heart healthy and contain those ingredients. (Kellogg's Smart Start, for example, contains nine listings of sugar, seven of which are corn syrup or high fructose corn syrup. There is also at least one listing of partially hydrogenated oil. How is that junk healthy for my heart?)

Seeing that I just had a baby three months ago, I'm pleased with the weight loss. It would be nice to fit into my size 12s again (I'm six feet tall, and it's a good size), but I'll settle for finding the rest of my 14s. (A few years ago I gained weight and got a few pairs of size 14 jeans from thrift stores. They're in a box that got misplaced in our move. I do have one pair of jeans at least for during the week and my suits for Sunday, so it works.)

I would like to exercise, as my overall physical and spiritual health would benefit. However, I figure that since I'm at least eating well, it's okay. Once we find a good baby carrier, though, my husband and I are hitting the gym. The college with which my husband's grad school is affiliated offers free gym membership to students and their families, if the family member(s) are with the student. So it will work.

the easiest way to lose in two weeks and you can lose up to 10 lbs. is that you stop your sugar intake follow a exchange program which is measure all your food intake and walk and exercise at least 3-5 times a week if you can all 7 days. and you will see results if you can also go to a gym and get together with a personal trainer, oh and no diet pills that only makes you gain it twice as much and faster if you do it the way i am explaining it your weight will be kept off for along time drink plenty of water also if you can avoid soda if you can't low calorie drinks but water is the best

The best way I think to loose weight is eat lots of protein and fruits and veggies and run about 2 miles a day in the morning before you eat anything. drink lots of water and eat 6 small meals a day.
Do this for a week and I guarantee you that you will drop about 5 pounds a week at first if not more.

Second of all you got to realize that ANY fad diet is VERY unhealthy for you.

I dont know much about losing weight but just dont go on those crazy crash diets.obesity is very bad but so is anorexity.
and find people to support you on your diet and maybe go on the diet with you!try a weight losing book or just exercise and eat healthy foods.im sure they have a diet program at the gym if you go to one!
