Anorexia is a mental state that relates to your eating habits and weight. You can benefit by learning proper nutrition. You have to eat 3 meals even it's they're light- yogurt and fruit, salad with some protein, etc. At your age, you should probably eat more- you're growing. How you treat your body at this point in your life will have a big impact on your health and fitness for the next 10 years or more. Learn to understand your body type and love yourself and don't compare yourself to other people. Never do anything that makes you sick.

You NEED to eat more than one meal a day. If you don't, you're going to wind up with blood sugar problems which will make you tired and more likely to get sick, PLUS it makes you more likely to gain weight because your body thinks you're in a famine situation and will stockpile fat in case you miss your next few meals. You're screwing up your metabolism, big time, and you're probably stunting your growth and screwing up your menstrual cycles with your diet.
92lbs is pretty skinny for your height. Talk to a counselor about your body image problem.

You're starting down that path. I started doing the same thing when I was 12 and at 34 I'm still dealing with the fallout. You need to confide in your parents and tell them how you're feeling. You don't want to lose 22 years of your life to an eating disorder. Please talk to someone, even a school counselor. There's nothing to be afraid of except a full blown eating disorder.

It sounds like you are on a path to some sort of eating disorder. It is good that you are recognizing it now, though. You are thin, and know better, but "feel" fat. You should talk to your counselor at school and tell her all of your habits and don't just say "what can I do" or "am I fat," tell them "I need help."

If you think you're fat at that height and go out of your way not to eat then you're heading into anorexia.
Talk to your doctor about this or some health professional because it can seriously damage your health for the rest of your life.

anorexia is defined by eating less than 800 calories a day. And if you think you are fat at that weight and height, I suggest you have a body image disturbance and need counselling, or you will indeed end up anorexic.

If you're not purposely doing it and just simply not hungry then I don't see a problem. But if you're purposely starving yourself then you need to seek help.
Anorexia is not glamorous. It's not cool. It doesn't make anyone special or envied. Being sick isn't something to be proud of.

have u told a parent/caretaker? your heading into anorexia..force yourself to eat without thinking about it..skipping all those meals is not only dangerous for your body, but ur brain too! you will lag behind in school without the proper nutrients..concentrate on eating at least the things you love.
