Join a gym & ask to a trainer...... belly will be gone in one month if you follow a trainers instruction.... but it 'll take at least 3 months to get a 6p. abs

the belly isn't really from beer. It is most likely from sitting on the couch while you drink.

Most people HAVE "abs"....you just can't see them because of the layer of fat.

it is impossible to lose weight in any specific "spot". You need to reduce the amount of fat you consume during the day.

Pro bodybuilders not only eat very low fat diets, but they also go through a little dehydration right before a competition.

Water in your tissues also affects the ability to see your 6pack, but water is VERY important to the body, so don't restrict water intake. Best to reduce your SALT intake instead. Salt makes you retain water. (and amazingly, so does NOT drinking enough water during the day...it's true.)

Well, I don't know if you'll get what you want in only a months time, but do some cardio 4 days a week to burn off the fat and let the ab muscles show. Do abdominal workouts on the other days to add definition.

seeing the abdominal wall is all about having low body fat and that can not be accomplished in one month. for most males the body fat need to be close to 10% to see the entire abdominal wall with out flexing
