A footlong meatball sub from subway with chips and a drink or a double burger cook out tray with fries and a drink from cook out?

It isn't fat free or anything. just a regular burger.

i would say the subway sub, get fruit instead of chips.

It depends on the kind of burger, if the burger is 99% Fat Free it might be considered healthy enough. But overall, I would say the Meatball sub.

Well it depends on what type of hamburger you are using. If it a top choice beef with less than 10% fat then that will be better you. Now if you don't care where the beef comes from on the cow then I would go with Subway. I prefer Quiznos my self. That's just my opinion.

It is not valid to evaluate a single meal in regard to healthiness. Your overall pattern of eating helps determine your health.

This assumes are all the foods are properly prepared in sanitary conditions.
