Eat smaller portions - stop eating when you are full and NEVER finish any meal, always at least leave a few bites on your plate. Also keep your heart rate up, do a few jumping jacks or push ups every time you think about it and you will burn calories alot faster, just these 2 things will cause weight to fall off.

only eat fruit, pick the right ones to get a balanced diet, if you want to lose a lot only eat a little. don't listen to people who say fruit is sugar, its fruit, its gods food, what more can you ask for, and don't eat it out of a can, no processed foods, it will all make you get cancer. if you got the cash it organic, but its not necessary
