my dog is set to have a second litter of puppies, but this time round is really misrable.Is there any reason for this? She's also very clingy and folows me everywhere, would this be beacause i helped her with the last litter?

he always does it and I always push him away and yell at him for it but he keeps doing it.. he always does this weird thing after he licks it, likes he's chewing something in his mouth really fast, I can't describe it.

my dog is 4 years old . she was fine 2 days ago but now she wont play ball and she wont give hugs and kisses . she keeps shaking but after a minut or two she stops . she wont jump on the bed unless some one helps her . i got her to fetch once but she wont do it again. We are goning to bring her to the vet in a couple of days if she is not better. Should we bring her sooner ? Please help

I am thinking of attending dog grooming school. I love dogs and have had several in my life. I also enjoy cutting hair although I've never done it professionally. I would like to hear from people who have had experience doing this for a living. What are the downsides as well as the upsides? And do you find that it is a worthwhile living? My Westie lies on his front and bunches a bit of his bed between his front paws and then sucks it. Is this normal (I don't know any other dog that does it). He doesn't seem stressed or upset when he does it, on the contrary he does it most when we are sitting down watching TV in the evening and he falls asleep while he is doing it. Does anyone elses dog do this? Is he doing it because he is unhappy or should I not worry about it?

help him until I can get him to the vet tomorrow. He weighs about 20 lbs. and he is 10 years old. I can't figure out what has happened. Last night he wanted out about 9 - 10 times and finally after the 4th time I started watching to see what he was doing and he was trying to use the bathroom. If you have any safe suggestions please let me know, and I can already tell you I can't afford to take him to the emergency clinic. Thanks for your concern and help.

I don't know if she has an infection, but I do know she hasn't been hit or anything like that. I'm pretty sure she didn't eat something she wasn't supposed to. She is acting the same. There is no change in her behavior. I might be taking her to the vet tomorrow for this.

i need a way to explain to my daughter that when our dog has puppies, we will need to give them away, i brought it up once and she was absoloutly mortified at the idea of giving them away.how do i tell her this without scarring her or having her hate me??

My dog was perfectly fine until i left him at home for like 20 minutes. When i came home, he had his eye shut and it was all red around the rim. He keeps trying to open it and i've flushed it out twice. It's sunday so the vet isn't open today. Don't tell me to take him to the vet. I am aware of the fact that I can do that. Please help!
