I don't know if she has an infection, but I do know she hasn't been hit or anything like that. I'm pretty sure she didn't eat something she wasn't supposed to. She is acting the same. There is no change in her behavior. I might be taking her to the vet tomorrow for this.

Could be a bad tooth. Does she rub her paw on that side? Or does her eye on that side water more?
I'd guess it' s a tooth or gum problem anyway.

Tooth or salivary gland was my first thought too. But it could also be a bee sting and only temporary. Swelling may persist after the discomfort subsides. If it's reducing by morning, that would be my guess. But a dental check with the vet is always good to do.

It's possible she has had a scratch that has become abscessed and infected and will need to be drained. It could be dental problem or possibly even a bee sting. It probably won't resolve overnight. I suspect you'll need the vet tomorrow.

Think Welsh Dragon has the right Idea, its most likely a bad tooth. I wouldnt worry to much but do get the vet to him/her and get it checked out before it gets worse.

Good Luck with him!! Hope he gets better soon!!

has she been outside, if she has it might be a snake bite. and if it is she'll be able to heal herself, dogs have antibodies for that kind of stuff.
