At times, shaking in dogs can mean they are in pain (although some smaller breeds shake for no reason at all). Since you say she won’t jump onto the bed or play, then she may have injured herself. It could be major or minor. Dogs tend to hide weakness well, so it may not be obvious to you. Try lightly squeezing and pushing all over her body (each of her feet and legs, along her back, etc.). Monitor her reactions closely; if she flinches or yelps when you touch a certain spot, you may have found the injury. If you can’t find anything, take her to the vet when you planned to, or sooner if she seems to get worse.
Good luck.
EDIT: Also carefully check the pads of each of her feet, as she may have something sharp stuck in one of them.

I would say take her in as soon as possible. If she isn't eating or drinking very well she may have gotten into something that is poisoning her, and if that is the case the longer you wait then the worse off she will be. Also if she is unable to do something that she normally did then maybe (heaven forbid) she was hit by a car. I hope in the end she does get better.

My little toy poodle did that when he got old he shook becuz he had seizures. If she ever starts shaking just get a cold wet rag to put on her head. that always made my dog snap out of his seizures. For the other stuff give her plenty of attention and take her to the vet.
