Am i healthy? What should I do to lose weight?

I keep thionking that when i tell someone something and they laugh a bit sarcastically it's a slight against me.All i told this girl tday(who said she had 10 minutes to work out)is that maybe she should do one set on each machine and leave(she laughed kinda sarcastically)and i felt worhtless like she was downplaying me.She just has a weird way of laughing.Could i be taking things too seriously?

im on a diet, i ran 10 up and down the stairs today. for breaktfast i had an apple and for breaktfast , but for lunch my mom bought me a baked potato with cheese for lunch. i think it was nacho cheese, anyway...wil it hurt my diet? does it have alot of calories?

So, I am not overweight or unhealthy...

I am 5'2" and about 120lbs and workout 4-5 times a week. I've actually lost about 15 pounds over the last year...

...but I go through phases where I crave certain foods (mostly unhealthy). I'm usually never hungry, but it's like my body just can't live without them. When I am not having these cravings I have no problem eating healthy and resisting unnecessary binges (I'm not bulimic...I do not purge).

Could this be an imbalance in my blood-sugar levels or some other hormonal problem? Or do I just need more will power and distraction to get through my food-phases?

I eat bread alot. and before i found out that too much of the wrong kind of bread is healthy for you, i was eating normal white bread. but since i love eating bread with my meals. i switched to whole-wheat bread.

I was just wondering is even whole-wheat bread unhealthy for me? will that make me gain weight? ( i dont want to )

Are these good excercies for the winter when you can't go run or anything?
-jumping on a mini trampoline for 20-25 minutes
-jumping rope for 20 minutes
-excersise dvd for 20-30 minutes

Are these both good, healthy snacks?
-lightly salted mixed nuts and raisins(a serving)
-1 slice of 100% whole wheat bread with 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
Both are about 200 calories so I would think so.......

Anyway, I'm not trying to lose weight(don't need to) just stay healthy during the winter, thanks :)

Ive had somewhat of an eating disorter this past year.
I wouls make a whole plan out to only eat about 500 calories per day, some days i would fast, some days i would follow this plan, but usually at around 6 or 7 i get realllly hungry and binge eat on anything i had, i would have half a cake, doritos, popcorn, pasta, chocolate bars, 3 or 4 bowls of cerial, all at one time,and i would use laxatives to "get rid" of it, and it really effected me

Suprisingly, i only gained 5lbs, if i never had those days where i would fast or only eat 500 calories, or used laxatves, i would have probably gained a lot more.but i am about 10lbs over weight and would like to lose 20-25 overall (right now 5'7 147-149)

Im obsessed with weighing myself, with what other people look like, with food, and calories
ive done every fad diet there is, i dont know how i stayed on some of them!
low/no carb, low fat, low calorie......

But now that i see my stupid mistakes and i want to lose weight the healthy

I've heard this numerous times yet I still do it all the time. When I wake up in the morning my stomach sometimes hurt. What are the disadvantages besides not burning the calories off? Educated answers please and thank you.

Places and companies keep sending us baskets of goodies and its all around...how can I watch what I eat in these next two weeks?? This is terrible!! I should be trying to lose weight, but my will power sucks!

For the 3 or 4 months i have been dieting, i have eaten an average of around 200 calories a day. I exercise for around 2 hours a night. But i just look so fat. My weight on the scale has gone down by quite a lot, but i look fatter and fatter in the mirror each day. My friends tell me to eat, but if i eat then im just putting even more weight on me. I feel so rubbish all the time, and its making me really depressed. I can't eat, if i do i will just get fat. Pleae help me, i don't know what to do anymore?

I have been taking metformin as prescribed by my doctor for the past 4 weeks now (for PCOS and insulin resistance) and have past through all the side affects except one. I am now craving sugar all the time, I am hating it cause I have never in my life eaten as much sugar in this past week as I have in my whole life! In just the past week alone I have eaten either a candy bar or some other form of sugar everyday...I am really hating this! I was always so good about not having any of these types of cravings (the only reason I became insulin resistant and gained weight is because I would only eat once a day at dinner time since I was a teenager). And because I don't like to eat in the morning or at lunch time, I drink slim-fast meal replacement shakes as a supplement as well as exercise with Yoga, do high impact dancing and my job keeps me very active as well. I notice that even these are not working to help me lose the weight. What should I do to stop the cravings and lose more weight?

How do people not notice they are becoming so fat? I can understand getting a little bit chubby, but how do you make it to like 50 or 100 pounds overweight? They must notice when their clothes stop fitting or they see themselves in a mirror, so why don't they stop eating so much and exercise?

My roommate does nothing but lay around all day. He doesn't even leave the apartment except to pick up a few things of egg nog and tomato soup and thats it.

He does no physical exercise and lives off eggnog and tomato soup. How bad can that be for you?

how should i lose weight the healthy way?
im already starting to..but i want to lose more once my gym class is over.
id like to work out more but i can because my family doesnt really have the money for the rec and i cant drive and its REALLY cold to go jogging in the morning.

My bro and i want to go on the detox diet and my mom says no. The reason for this is the first step of the diet, which is the three day fasting. Is water fasting ok for teens? I'm 14 and my bro is 16.
