Ive had somewhat of an eating disorter this past year.
I wouls make a whole plan out to only eat about 500 calories per day, some days i would fast, some days i would follow this plan, but usually at around 6 or 7 i get realllly hungry and binge eat on anything i had, i would have half a cake, doritos, popcorn, pasta, chocolate bars, 3 or 4 bowls of cerial, all at one time, and i would use laxatives to "get rid" of it, and it really effected me

Suprisingly, i only gained 5lbs, if i never had those days where i would fast or only eat 500 calories, or used laxatves, i would have probably gained a lot more.but i am about 10lbs over weight and would like to lose 20-25 overall (right now 5'7 147-149)

Im obsessed with weighing myself, with what other people look like, with food, and calories
ive done every fad diet there is, i dont know how i stayed on some of them!
low/no carb, low fat, low calorie......

But now that i see my stupid mistakes and i want to lose weight the healthy

First of all, 500 calories per day will starve a gerbil. Not a good idea for humans, though. It's not just diet, but exercise, too. Laxatives are never a good idea, except when prescribed by a physician.

Second, you need to consult your doctor, and either a dietician and/or exercise trainer.

Third, try to find gyms or organized groups; often, just being with others who have your "problem" is comforting, and you might make some friends!

Fourth, there's no way that you could have tried "every fad diet out there", because there are scads of them, and not a single, legitimate, one promises instant results. Even if you stuck with one such diet a month, that is only twelve a year. Even after ten years (you didn't say how old you were), you could not possibly have tried them all, believe it or not!

Fifth, please buy a dictionary or at least run spell check!

Actually you are fine for youe weight. You are not over weight. I am obsessed with my weight also but I still eat and know that I will not srave myself becuase I know it is bad for you. My suggestions are drink lots of water. It helps you lose weight. Exercise daily if you can but you can take a break for like a day or two. And eat healthy. Do not eat junk food like pizza, chips, candy, too much sweets and all that crap. I eat one cookie per day. Hope this helps.

For one thing, you are already at a healthy weight and should not lose any more - but your desire to lose 20-25lbs might be your eating disorder speaking. Since you appear to be in a transformation mindset, stop thinking about weight loss and try to transform your mental state. Seek out a counselor who specializes in eating disorders.

It's great to want to lose weight in a healthy way, as opposed to the fad diets you mentioned. But your focus should not be losing pounds, but gaining health - cardiovascular strength, muscle tone, etc.. Eat whole, unprocessed foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Exercise at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes.

What was your mom like with food? And ya you will gain weight with bulimia, it is a total misconception that you will lose weight by doing it. If you exercise in the morning and eat 6 small meals a day then that will help you lose weight in the long run. Also know that you are beautiful and love yourself.
