I'm always starving when I come home froms school, and if I do eat a snack I jsut end up eating dinner 5 minutes later anyways, so would you think 3 pm is freakishly too early?

Ok everytime I feel like I ate to much or just eat reguraly (not alot of food) I feel guilty and fat. Like I have gained soooo much weight! I dont think I enjoy food like I should becuase every single day I ask my friends if I am fat and they get all mad at me because they think I am totally skinny! So is it normal to feel that way??? And sometimes I think I shouldnt eat at all becuase I dont wanna gain weight you know??? And yes I do work out regularly. I work out 3 or 4 times a week.

i do a lot of sports and eat very little

i used to weigh 97 but my parents practically force-fed me and i went up to 112 but i lost it again somehow
so....im about 103/105 now and i really dont want to gain weight but my health is suffering and i dont know what else to do
im always dizzy, my gums keep bleeding (from lack of vitamins im guessing), i havent had a period in 7 months, often i fell so faint during exercise and my ribs stick out sooo bad
im quite muscular and i dont wanna gain body fat...
can anyone tell me how to gain weight healthily

i dont think im anorexic but to be honest im not sure.... wouldnt i know it if i was???
i dont have all those anorexic habits like hiding food and all that but i rarely eat more than 400cals a day and i work my body hard almost every day

help? xxxxxx

People say that you should take multi-vitamins if you are on a diet. But what if I already eat a lot of vegetables and fruits and a decent amount of meat? Would I still need to take multi-vitamins? I eat A LOT of fruit, so I'm afraid that I will have an overdose of vitamins if I take a multivitamin.

We Asians have smaller skeletal frame and it has been confirmed by WHO that a shorter Asian has the same body fat percentage as a taller Causasian counterpart.

An Asian with BMI 27.5 and above is obese, while a Causasian is obese only with BMI of 30 and above.

I am an Asian BMI 20. and I am healthy too. A healthy BMI is an indication of healthy weight, but it does not necessarily mean the person is healthy. So it is important to check your health with your doctors.
