i do a lot of sports and eat very little
i used to weigh 97 but my parents practically force-fed me and i went up to 112 but i lost it again somehow
so....im about 103/105 now and i really dont want to gain weight but my health is suffering and i dont know what else to do
im always dizzy, my gums keep bleeding (from lack of vitamins im guessing), i havent had a period in 7 months, often i fell so faint during exercise and my ribs stick out sooo bad
im quite muscular and i dont wanna gain body fat...
can anyone tell me how to gain weight healthily
i dont think im anorexic but to be honest im not sure.... wouldnt i know it if i was???
i dont have all those anorexic habits like hiding food and all that but i rarely eat more than 400cals a day and i work my body hard almost every day
help? xxxxxx
