i mean suppose u eat a banana of 30kcal and u are having loose motions then will there b a significant loss of the 30kcal taken.

Not that the whole 30calories will b lost but a significant amount will go waste, that means d energy intake wont match ur energy output and u start feeling week.

best is 2 take a proper medicine for it and with that take electrolyte.

Yes in loose motion you not only loss 30 kcal for banana, it may incraese to some uncontrolled extent which may equivalent to kkkkk.....cals.

What are "loose motions?" You talking defecation? It doesn't matter.

And it would have to be a tiny banana that only has 30 calories.

it depends upon the "severity" of the problem...
If it is monor, then body can cope up with thaT...In more sever situations, definitely there will be loss of energy.
