Maybe it's because you're growing.
Also muscle weighs more than fat. So if you're building muscle you wind up weighing a little more.

appropriate weight is based on height, not age. As for gaining weight, that is likely due to muscle mass, muscle weighs more than fat, and the more you work out, the more muscle you build. As long as you are maintaining size, you should be ok, but at 13, you are going to continue to grow so you can expect to change size as well. Google body mass index to find out how much you should weigh.

Muscle weighs more than fat so when you're at the gym you're gaining muscle. Second, your body is still growing so you are going to gain weight regardless. This is perfectly normal and healthy. Don't worry about weight so much as your body fat percentage.

Because you're still growing. I'm not sure how tall you are, but judging by your lifestyle, you are healthy, and there is nothing to worry about. In a few years you will top out at your height and maintain your weight.

With exercise, you can sometimes put on weight, when physically you look like you've lost weight. The more muscle you put on, the more fat you lose = the leaner you'll look. You shouldn't pay attention to the number on the scale, pay more attention to the way your clothes fit.

If you want to lose weight, do cardio, but trust me, its well worth judging your lifestyle on your bodyfat count and not your weight. Anyway, you are 13 years old, so its natural you are going to gain weight, its called puberty.

You might be holding water thats why.
Females body does that and makes us look like we gained weight but we really didn't.
But do drink a half gallon of water a day it will flush out that extra fat we carry every day :)
Good luck:
