I would say you're letting things get to you more than you should. A lot of people just have their own way of doing things and their own ideas of what works. Even if you were right, there probably wasn't time in that 10 minutes for an argument about it. I work at a gym and would love to tell people every day how much they are wasting when they buy 2 protein drinks (which amounts to 4 times as much protein as their bodies can utilize in the next two hours), but I generally just bite my tongue because they just think I'm the little girl behind the counter who folds towels, not a 4.0 Nutrition student.

Hi,
For a start who does a work out in 10 mins thats rediculous and if i were you id of thought that of been the a sensible question to ask.
She obviously has a chip on her shoulder but yea i think you do dwell on stuff too much enought to put it on here coz its worryin you.
Take stuff what people say with a pinch of salt unless they say something really horrid where you know definatly they being a knob.

Or it would desire to be with the aid of fact of your psychological state (for loss of a extra effective time era). I even have Filipino roots too and got here to u.s. at an extremely comfortable age. whether we've been experienced to have interplay with all varieties of people and found out to get alongside properly with all of them. Yes. As for the gal- if she really does have an attitude problem, don't worry: It'll come back to bite her right where she sits down.
