It's really begining to get to me. I ask a question, and instead of answering it, people try to read alternative motives, assume I'm single or attached etc, then give advice based on something completely unrelated. Just now, for example, I'm surprised at the number of people who answered my question "Would you rate this question as interesting" as "yes" but didn't rate the question. It mean it goes on and on and on...

If a husband enjoys seeing his wife have sex with other people, and if a wife enjoys seeing her husband have sex with other people, then how is this considered cheating? I thought cheating was when you knowingly and willingly had sex with somebody else without your spouse's knowledge or consent.

A good friend of mine is a junior and she has a big crush on a freshman. Do you think it is a good idea for her to act on this feeling and ask him out? Do you think she would be "taking away" from his high school experience? I'm debating whether or not to tell her if acting on this feeling is a good or bad decision.

I would appreciate some pros and cons. Thanks!

1st place?
For ex. if a Father left his wife and 3 children, remarried a wealthy woman 1 month later, gave very little financial support at all, leaving the family very poor so he could live it up in the high life. And also furthered his career getting a PHD while his real family struggled on ALL levels.
So PLEASE, what are the LAWS getting back up pay for almost nothing child support? Thank you.
{and the Mother didn't get much credit whatsoever and was manipulated and emotionally abused as well.}

So I walk into this room and there is this guy sitting with his legs completely apart. Sort of a 180 degree thing. Then, we talk briefly, and during this conversation, he lifts himself up a bit and repositions (perhaps his undergarment??) and his legs which are still 180 degree apart. What is he upto?

Ok, so, this guy and I have been hanging out lately. I've known him for over a year and a half, but most of that time he was dating someone else. So even though he's been my good friend, I never thought of him that way. We "hooked up" about a week ago, and he's been really sincere about wanting to make it something more. We hung out about everyday since then, and texted a lot. He initiates most of it. Well tonight he started texting me and I said I was busy w/homework but then a couple hours later asked what he was up to. Said he was staying home that night, and I asked if I should come over. Said he wanted to be solo that night but we'll hang out tomorrow. I was cool w/it, and he texted to make sure I was. But now I feel like I made myself look too available and needy. How do I turn this around, and keep his interest?

ok, im 6 mos. preg. and I'm so tired of the baby's father's excuses for why he cant see or be with me as much. we see eachother about 1-2 every one or 2 weeks and we talk on the phone every now and then. Hes excuses are that he's always stressed out because hes been trying to find a job for almost 3 mos. and worries that he wont be able to help me with the baby, and also because hes having a hard time trying to sell his house because hes not able to make the payments, etc. hes 31 n im 20, and he told me that i need to stop acting like a lil kid because i always call/text him telling him that i'm tired of him because he ignores me, leaves me hanging, doesnt want to be with me, etc but he gets on my nerves because when we see each other is only for about 1-2 hrs or so, and dont even seem like he wants sex with me anymore. I also get mad cause i feel like he doesnt understand or care about me because he gets mad when i complain about the way he is with me because he's always stressed out

I have a question for anyone here that's deal with custody/visitation issues. Currently I'm going through a divorce and we have a court order that states joint custody is in order. This was put into effect 10/19/07. Not even a month into the order, my husband was no longer able to keep up his 50% of time shared with our son. He moved 100 miles away with his grandmother due to financial issues, yet still feels he's entitled to get our son whenever it's convenient and he's in the area. For example today he wanted his mom to see our son, so since "technically" it's his week he had his mom pick up our son from school and now she's keeping him over night. He will not be there, but since it's HIS TIME he feels he's entitled to do what he wants with our son. He has also not complied with any of the mandatory classes the court ordered us to take, where as I have. Anyone dealt with this before? If so what happens? I have an attorney who I'll contact tomorrow but I was hoping ...

I have a friend who is married. Me and my wife and he and his wife often go out for drinks, dinners, and just hanging out. He and I often play golf on fridays, and we oocasionally go out of town on business. The problem is that he is ALWAYS cheating on his wife. We went on a guy's weekend ski trip to Tahoe and the last night we were there he never came back to the room (partied with some chick he met). He's also constantly asking me to lie and cover for him. I've played along until now, when his wife accused ME of being a bad influence on him and said that my friend tells her about how I cheat on my wife all the time which ISN'T TRUE! I confronted my friend about it and he apologized, but then got defensive when I told him I wasn't going to lie for him anymore and to leave me out of his stories. Now his wife is mad at me and doesn't want to hang out anymore, he's being a jerk, and I'm wondering why I am sticking up for him? Thoughts?

I hear so many stories of people that are in a relationship and fall in love with someone else. How could I have prevented this? And the most terrible thing is that it is mutual! This guy got caught having sexual dreams about me by his girlfriend. Mentioned my name in his sleep. Both of us are staying with our partners but I feel miserable thinking of someone else all the time. Has anyone been in this kind of situation before and how did it turn out? I want to stay with my husband and hope that I fall out of love with this guy eventually.
Please dont give me responses like I am so evil and bad. There is honestly nothing you can do about love hitting you right in the face. It could happen to anyone at any time. Anyone that can tell me about their similar situations and their endings would be appreciated.

Don't laugh, but I met a guy on a singles website who I would really like to meet. I live on the West coast, he lives on the East coast - how much farther apart could we be? We've both gone through a divorce where our spouse has cheated and we both have kids and just want to be happy again. I've "known" him for a couple of months now and we talk on the phone and text constantly. He is indeed who he says he is, so no worries there... I feel like I'm falling for him though and I wonder, could this really work, especially since his kids are there and mine are here and we both have close family ties? He says it will work itself out, but I don't want to emotionally invest in something that's doomed. Anyone out there have success with a situation similar to mine?

It seems my significant other and I have different ways of solving negative issues.

He will withdraw into his shell and wait til morning. I'll want to fix the problem now or at least know everything will be alright sooner then later.

Is there a "right" way? How do you handle it?

I am an attractive female, not to sound conceited. I have my sights set on this one particular guy, but he is playing hard-to-get. He asks my friends about me, but when I try to converse with him, he acts like he could care less whether I talk to him or not. I don't like to be "the hunter" per say... I wonder if I'm wasting my time trying to get him to notice I'm alive...

A brief example of a situation for those who need one lets say the woman fell for the wrong guy. He ended up leaving her while she was still pregnant, and hasn’t seen, or spoke to the mom, or child once so he is completely out of the picture. She doesn’t expect anyone to become involved in her child’s life at all unless the potential relationship becomes spending their lives together kind of serious so there isn’t any pressure to step in as a father figure. The only thing she expects is that if, and when the relationship becomes that serious the guy understands the child is a part of it at that point, and if nothing else he has to at least be willing to accept that, and be a decent friend for that child.

I have a best friend who is always competing with me. This has been going on since 5th grade. I've always thought deep down she hated me but other people have said maybe she is jealous. This is what she does.

In middle school my family got a nice new car and I was so happy, and the minute she saw it she said it was ugly. Her family got a new car a year later, and she told me everyday why hers was so much better than mine because it was a year younger.

I spent most of senior year without any new clothes and when I finally got some money to get some, she made fun of them. She said they were ugly and a week later she had all new clothes too.

When I got my new cell phone she got a new one that was slightly better than mine 2 months later. She used her moms whole paycheck to buy it whereas I saved my money for a year.

We're 18 now and I'm getting sick of this. Why does she put down everything I have? She has no reason to be jealous if that's what it is.

Thanks.
