So I walk into this room and there is this guy sitting with his legs completely apart. Sort of a 180 degree thing. Most people shift after sitting in one position. You must be horny to try to read something else into this.

He may not have took his polio shots when he was a child. That would explain why his legs were open at such a wide angle. Also he could somehow have been sexually aroused by your presence in the room or what you said to him . If that was the case then he was probably merely trying to maintain his posture and avoid tipping over on his side as his erection progressed. This sometimes happens to the well endowed in situations like this if they don`t properly reposition them selves during the arousal process. On the other hand he may simply have been practicing yogi. I don`t blame you for being concerned with all those weirdos out there like they are in today`s world.

well, I would not give too much importance to it, many men do that rather unconciously and often even scratch or stoke thei stride. they are oblivious of it and it really mens nothing great at all!
I would doubt it though, that is in the code of good manners, particularly not in the presence of a female!
but who has good manners these days, only few!
just pay o attention and look in the other direction!

some guys just have no manners. i have done the same thing to adjust myself but i will stand up and act as if i am looking for something, i would never just reach down and scratch my crotch in front of a lady don't know i have even done that in front of a man, sorry i wasn't raised like that

Nothing, it's a guy thing that us women will probably never figure out. We don't adjust our privates in public...they do. They think nothing of it too. It's weird, I agree. I'll even ask my husband what he would think if I suddenly bent over, and started adjusting my breasts in my bra or something like that, and he usually makes some semi-rude comment...so it's a total guy thing.

the common "adjustment" prolly an erection, spontanious or otherwise, just tryin not to be embaressed, just remember, guys get erections when doing nothing, it could have just beem that, or he really liked you
