Its not in your marriage contract. It doesn't say until death do us all part. Nor I will not commit adultery against my spouse + all my g/f's on the side. Do youi remember being asked at your marriage ceremony about adultery against another man's wife ? What you should do is get married by a minister who accepts these type of marriage arrangements or have them added to your marriage vows. That should make it sort of acceptable. If you want to sleep with other women, then why get married at all ?
for the record :
1 of the 10 commandments states "thou shalt not commit adultery against thy wife" You are married in a church or by a minister representing the church.
Crime should be made legal too then. A building owner tells someone its okay if this stranger burns his warehouse down. Is it okay because they both agreed to it ? Just because you have 2 people who say its okay, consent to it, doesn't make it right.

Swinging is only considered cheating by some members of society, who do not understand that the practice was intended to promote a more stable and open marriage. Swingers have a much higher success rate as it relates to marriage, than those who are not part of the lifestyle.
If you and your partner are open with each other and have communicated your wants and desires as it relates to your sexual relationship and have both agreed that the practice has peaked your interest, then it seems your marriage has already survived the first true test. COMMUNICATION!!!
Enjoy yourselves and don't worry too much what society tells you is right or wrong. After all, society once thought that engaging in sexual acts should only be done for purposes of reproduction...

I love all the hypocrites that think everyone took the same marriage vows. Who are they to talk about someone else's vows? Especially when you know they will probably break one of their own vows at some point or another, about something.
Swinging is not cheating. Cheating is keeping secrets, sneaking around. Swinging is open, and honest communication between partners.
It's not for everyone. Those with juvenile insecurity and jealousy issues should never think about trying it.

I vehemently dis-agree with others who considered cheatings when both spouses had allowed and permitted their partner having sex with other person in his/her consent.
I considered cheatings are those ilicit activities that involved physically and emotionally done by a spouse with another person of opposite sex that they enjoyed with without the consent and the knowledged of your mate or spouse. If the spouse has the consent and is happily enjoy and watching his/her spouse making love with other person of opposite sex, I don't considered this as cheatings.
I don't think I had committed wrong to my husband when he himself the one who initiated and talked to his younger male friend to had one night full of sex with me to tasted the sex exprienced of other variety?
I don't mind people will pre-judged me why I agreed to had sex with other guy besides my hubby, and I don't mind other people pre-judged me of being immoral and unfaithful to my religion. As long as I'm not whore and I don't disturb other people's lives and I'm happy right now for having wonderful and understanding husband. So what if I will not follow what people saying against swinging or lifestyles or wife swapping" when our happiness there? Lol!...I'm sorry to be honest to defend my own opinion either parallel to your own point of view. I don't care how you say it's violated the sacred vows you have taking in church during marriage vows! As long as my husband and I agreed to the things we both believed that keep our relationship longer and happier and we kept our life very very private?
Could I'll be happy if I follow and ashame to other people if I'll will deny myself to enjoy my sexlife to my husband and with other in his and my choice? Now, we mutually considered open sex is the best among relationship. It made our relationship very happy..
Could I enjoy my life If I'll be faithful to my religion that restricted me many things and denying me for my happiness in this world?

You both took vows, and in those vows it didn't say that each of you could be with someone else, If you both enjoy that, then what was the purpose in getting married in the first place? I have never really understood the sharing thing anyway, I would not be ok with my hubby messing with another woman, and I know for a fact that he would not be ok with me being with another man.

Because when you say your wedding vows, you vow to forsake ALL OTHERS, keeping yourselves ONLY to EACH OTHER!!!
That means sex is to stay within the bonds of marriage, meaning husband and wife having sex with EACH OTHER!! NOT other people.
In the 10 Commandments it says DO NOT commit adultery.
Well any sex OUTSIDE of marriage is considered adultery.
Even looking at someone who's not your spouse lustfully is adultery, because your committing adultery in your heart.
So yes, swinging is VERY MUCH cheating.

It's not cheating but it's Sin and D-oriented desire not acceptable by many and cause less attraction to each other.
This type of relationship does not last long.

I would not consider it cheating... i would consider it odd.
I would kill someone who would touch my wife in a way that only i should. I battle with myself for not yelling at guys who over look ... gawk at my wife. i know there going to look.
in my mind if she gets hit on and someone see that ring i put on her finger they are in danger of my fist... my truck... my gun.
So...lol...as you can see. seeing my wife with another man.
is... totally freakish.

O.K. it is not cheating, but that does not make it a smart thing to do.
