We've been together for 3 years and he still has issues....What can I do to reassure him I'm here for the long run? Help me out people!

I am 23 and my fiance is 21. We have been dating for 4 yrs and just recently got engaged. We have a 3 yr old son and a child on the way. I am Catholic and he is Jewish and not practicing. I would like to get married in the Catholic church he is totally agenst it. His mother is Jewish and his father is Catholic and they told him they wont allowe him to get married in the Catholic church bc his father had a bad expericence when he belong to the church. They said if he gets married in the church they wont ever talk to him again.

My family is telling me I have to get married in the Catholic church or they wont come to my wedding. They wont pay for my wedding or give me anything unless I get married in the church. They are pressuring us and my fiance is telling me if he keeps feeling pressured the wedding is off. They also think my fiance is controling me (this is not true)bc he is really agenst getting married in a church.

How do I make everyone happy without loosing him?

If she said that she was having bad memories from her childhood. I know the memories are real because I went throught it myself. She has them in her dreams and when she is doing normal stuff. She said that is is having trouble taking care of the baby. Her delivery was very hard. They had to use forceps and they didn't use them right. She tore really bad. They had to give her many stiches. It took over and hour. They doctors say that is a long time. They had to give her a blood . The doctor beilive that the birth might be why she started remembering thing. She won't talk about it when she was young. She said that she didn't remember. What can I do to help? Please don't me mean she is a good person . She does love her baby.

anyway,i stilll have his house keys etc which he has not collected. now all of a sudden he is asking my family and friends about me how i am etc. he is not dating anyone else.what i dont understand he got angry and said bad things,so i thought that was it. advise please?

my g/f told me that i'm too much a nice guy, and she was alil tired of me and bored and im too shy. She told me i could make her happier by being more outgoing but way too shy to be. we have been dating for about 2 months but we have known each other for close to 2 years now. the nice guy thing has haunted with every girl i've ever dated. I just dont know what to do and i need some major help. she told me she isnt going to break up with me real soon but if things keep she probably will in 2-3 months.

My husband says he's not interested in porn and he's right for the most part. He looks up still photos (some clean/some not ) of girls like Sara Evans, Sara Michelle Gellar, Angie Harmon, Jewell....but then he'll look up girls in thongs and stuff like that. He also has a weird thing for FLEXIBLE girls-usually clothed. Teenage gymnists. I've told him that I'm up for anything. I'll watch porn with him (big NO-he doesn't like porn or I guess watching the acts of it). I swear he only sees me as Ms. Goody 2 shoes & can't see me any other way.
I try-I do my hair & make up everyday (he doesn't notice) I wear shorts/skirt if it's warm enough, jeans that he likes...to no avail. I'm not heavy & I'm a pretty enough girl (he calls me beautiful daily). So why does he do this? I've asked him so many times not to, that it hurts my feelings, but he still does. It's just creepy. Staring at a face on the screen..

I have some signs I felt like my mate is cheating. Ok she works for at Arrons Rentals from 9am-9pm nightly Mon-Sat. Yeah long hours. She sometimes call me on her lunch break. But latley she has not. i have noticed that she is starting to waer perfume now and she is always taking a shower before she go to work every morning. Now this is something new!!! Whenever I try to have sex with her latley it would be an excude that she has a yeast infection and that she is using something to cure it right now and somenights she be tired. This went on for about the last three nights. Ohh yeah we do stay together. She always gets upset when I confront her about her. one more thing is that she is the only female in the store of about 6 guys!! Is she cheating???

Is having a GF all it's cracked up to be? I'm homeschooled and almost 14, almost. Never had a girlfriend, I go to church blah blah blah.... But, is having a GF all they say it is? My mum and dad split up when i was 3yrs old and because of a lot of bad history since then, I am planning on eloping so that they won't be in the same room together when I get married. However, i'm worried that when I come back, my mum will be devastated because she couldn't see me marry. I CANNOT CANNOT CANNOT invite her though without inviting my Dad, and there's pretty serious reasons why I can't have them together.

I'm also worried because my partner's mum deserves to see her son get wed, but she can't because of all the past trouble my family has caused (I cant just invite his family without inviting mine).

What should i do?

PS: I DON'T WANT TO HEAR that I need to talk to them and make them be civil, trust me it's been 20 years and they still wont.

This wkend was my wife's bday party. She's sorta young so please take that into consideration. She invited '15' people and only 7 showed up & she is pissed, disappointed, feels let down & I don't know what to do? She is bringing me down with her 'unhappiness' as well & I don't feel like being with around that. Her negative attitude isn't just with this... She pretty much picks out the negative out of EVERYTHING. How do I make her change her view point on things & rather be happy for the people that did take time out of their day & appreciate them? I know if this continues, I don't want to be around this. I've talked to her MANY MANY times about her negative attitude & never being happy, but she seems to understand where I'm coming from & then BAM, she goes back to her ways.... What to do? my dad found out the other day that he needed some moles removed which is not unusual in our fam..ive had 27 surgeries for the same thing but his came back in teh advance stages of melenoma and all of the moles he had removed were malignant. my stepmother doesnt know about this (doesnt know about the surgery or dianosis) and my dad doesnt want her to worry cuz he dad is dying right now and has horrible alzheimers so shes really stressed out and has her own issues to deal with. my dad has been really cranky since he found this out and has been mean and snappy to everyone. my stepmom keeps venting to me about his attitude and iw ant to tell her why hes like that but obv he didnt tell her for a reason...what would u do? i think she should know but its not my place to tell her even tho shes really upset that hes so grumpy....advice please

im 22 and the only one who knows..my younger brother and sister dont know...just me :(

ok, me and my mom haven't been getting along latley, we are very close though, she knows EVERYTHING about me, i mean EVERYTHING, but still we are alwasy arguing now, i thnk it's because we are around each other to much, everywhere i am she is there, and for the parents who think that going to school is a breeze, YOUR WRONG, it's hard work and kids HAVE to work their asses of just to pass, and my mom works outside on a construction site, so yeah i do work around the house alot, but does that mean i have to do all the work all the time?? am i being selfish or do i make sense? i need advice!! i am about to go CRAZY WITH HER!! im grounded because of something really stupid, last week i got out of school early because i had my period and i got it on my pants and it was the third time that week, well i clled my mom and she told me to cll someone else she couldnt come and get me so i called my g-pa and he came and got me and when mom came home she was pissed!! so now i am grounded!! Recently, a friend and I were talking about our summer activities. He told me he went on vacation with his ex-wife and their 2 children ages 15 and 17. The ex-wife asked him at the last minute and he said he decided to go because he had not been on a vacation and needed a break.

The brief history is that they divorced because she had multiple affairs and he says they were not compatible. He continually says he wants nothing to do with her after he is finished paying child support and tries to keep things peaceful because he does not want her to request more support. On the other hand he felt that taking a "family" vacation" was a great idea. He admits that the ex-wife feels she made an error in divorcing him. Sometimes he says she is a liar, on the other side he'll say, "we're family".

We had dated in the past and when I asked him why would he go on a vacation with someone who had treated him so poorly, he accused me of being insecure and jealous. Who is really insecure?

look at christmas? itis fast approaching and while i have wrote out what i am getting everyone and started my xmas shopping (i dont have to worry about cards/gift wrap cos i buy them in the jan sales..i have a suitcase of lovely expensive cards/wrap for cheap!) my bf hasnt even thought about it! infact the only thing i know he has done is bought me a pink ghd on ebay..and thats only cos i saw him paying via paypal! he refuses to 'do christmas cards cos hes not a card person' so i have bought all his family cards for him to give and started re-trawling the catalogues and picking oput what he can buy my family at xmas as well as his own! why oh why cant men be more organised like us women?

I was working in a nursing home and I told one of the residents I was engaged...He told me always put your husband FIRST in your life! protect and nurture your children, but always put your husband first. I ask him why? when a mother's natural reaction is to side with the kids most of the time. He said because Your husband came before them and "ideally" he'll come after them. When they're grown up and have moved on with their own lives.

I really had to think about this and he's right! or is he?

My sister wants to visit during Holidays, but my husband works very hard on those weeks and really just wants to relax. She only wants to come during the Holidays so I am feeling bad that I have to tell her no and yet I stand behind my hubbys thoughts on wanting peaceful time on his only 1 day off.
