Try an online dating service. Many of them are free.
There are a lot of woman out there that don't care the length of a man's hair, or even if they have any. What is important is personality, and how one is treated.

Well if you exclude gym, work, and church, it doesn't leave very much. Supermarket and library aren't the best places to meet women.
The only other alternative is online.

schools, parks, beach, parties to name a few
