there's this guy i like. we've been keepin in touch for about a year. we don't know eachother that well. just small, flirty talk. he seems like a great guy. hardworking, good-looking, great heart, romantic, family oriented. he just found out that his father has a brain tumor (i'm serious, no joking around). i feel so bad for him, but, what makes it worse, i can't help him. i wish i could. what are some words of encouragement i can offer?

i would really appreciate it.

In a relationship, should one person make a conscious attempt to be sexy for the other person?

Should a guy do things like give a woman backrubs, and buy her flowers once in a while, even if he doesn't feel like doing so?

Should a woman wear lingerie and initiate sex once in a while (or give a man a selfless sexual favor), even though she usually doesn't?

I think so. I've done some things I downright hated in order to appease a significant other. My friend says this is BS, though. He's married, and he says that you shouldn't be something you're not.

What do you think?

...I've been in a relationship with a guy for almost three months...however a lot of things weren't in a way the supposed to be....he was very distant, he didn't had the need to kiss me or hug me, he was very strict guy....and yet loving of course....

However I told him I can't go on like that...and borke up...still I do love him, despite everything....

How to overcome this feeling...? I feel like I'm crying every single moment....

Thank you in advance!

So I have a HUGE problem. My friend Katie and I have been best friends for a really long time. Well a few months ago, we moved in together and ever since then, we've grown alot in our friendship. It's getting to the point though where it's kind of annoying how close we are. Like there's this other girl, Kristen, that we have both been best friends with all throughout high school...well Katie has gotten to the point where she gets jealous if Kristen and I are hanging out without her, or she gets mad everytime I go somewhere and don't invite her to come....even if I come home and come in my room without telling her hey she thinks something's wrong. Confronting her about this problem is out of the question, b/c I know I would hurt her feelings and she'd cry because she has SEVERE depression, in a serious matter. I love being friends with her and stuff, I just feel like there has to be some way to handle this problem...any ideas?

Most guys worry their penis is too big or small or thick or thin or straight or bent or long or short or just plain different. Nearly every guy worries about this in their teenage years!

My wife's parents ring us every night. In most cases there is nothing to talk about so all i hear is 'yes, yep, imm'. It has got to the point were it is driving us both crazy.
If fact I'm am the one who is becoming more pissed off because my wife won't talk to her mother about the problem and that is causing issues between us!

Lets review. First we are both annoyed because my wife's parents are ringing every night. My wife won't discuss the problem with her mother. Now there are problems between my wife and myself.

What do i need to do to resolve the situation?

My wife won't let me talk with her mother because she thinks i will be insensitive. Help! I am sick of being in this position.

I met a wonderful man & things progressed quickly. It was obvious from the start there was a connection between us. We talked every day, he came to see me at work, I went to his house, & we knew things were developing between us. He was honest with me from the beginning, telling me he's recently divorced and not ready for a relationship. Then one drunken night, he told me he loved me. We talked about it later and he said that he meant it but that he's not ready to settle down and is still seeing other people. We both agreed that the feelings between us are scary as we're both recently out of bad relationships. Then he backed off. Recently he told me it would be easier if I just walked out of his life and when I started to, he told me not to. I finally told him I loved him too. The vibe between us is odd now. I feel like I'm getting the run around. We don't spend time together anymore and we don't talk as much. Is he backing off out of fear or because he really wants me out of his life?

i told my sister in law that i wanted to have thanksgiving and christmas at our new house since we just got it in may of this year and we have tons of space and are super excited for the holidays!! and i KNOW that my sis-in-law told my mother-in-law.... so my mother-in-law calls my grandma-in-law and says, "i just want to let you know early that we are having the holidays at our new apartment..."

is she trying to undermine my holiday efforts or what!?!?!?!!!!

my sis-in-law even knew i was going as far as to make invitations for our get togethers!!!! wtf is their problem!!

maybe it has something to do with the fact that my sis-in-law told me to F*** OFF yesterday because she's still mad about some old beef we had... WHAT THE ---- EVER.... i'm over it, and i really don't like how she's talking to me, so unless her attitude changes, she will not be welcome in our home this christmas.... DH agrees with me 100%.... he is so angry with all of them, he doesn't want to invite any

Why do guys take "just friends" the wrong way..isn't it better then nothing at all? I don't get it...I tell guys I just want to be friends and they run away after I told them I am totally in love with another guy!

when I went to picture info that the pictures were taken 20 minutes apart. Should that make me more mad? Because it did! That means he spent some time talking to her--not just a quick picture. Makes me wonder if he spent the whole day or night with her. Yes, he was out of town in Sturgis for the biker rally--it was "work" related. Guess I'll never know, but is that a silly thing to make me even more mad that the pictures were taken that far apart?

My friend met a guy on Friday, did some talking and got married on the following Monday. Do you think is it because she did it to be finally married since her friends are or is it possible to fall in love over the weekend or is it only a way to make it permanent in the US?? She's European, he's American.

The plant wasn't cheap and she killed it in a matter of 7 days. Is this grounds for ending the relationship? She obviously can't be trusted.

see the hubby of my friend, she is enjoying her life
your parents and sister are not good
you never cared for your in-laws, they consider you as their son
please buy me new dress and jewellery
lets go to the party
why don't we go somewhere in these holidays
i will be late, can you take care of the child
i have no mood to cook, we will eat outside today (everyday)
she has all the facilities, how lucky she is
you are a bad husband and father, only good son and brother

why women are born naggers, criticising, raising always new demands and they are never satisfied?

okay here's the deal...he's been dropping major hints, saying things like i want something in return and he's always polite and gentlemanly. i've never had a bf before and im kinda new to this whole thing. if he asks i'll say yes because i do like him. but i don't know why he wont spit out the words i want to hear. i don't want to be the one who initiate the relationship, but how do i show him that i like him back with out disrespecting myself in anyway? or something along that line...i need help!!! =O

Any suggestions? Any particular Positions or lubricants? This is a first time for me. Any help appreciated.
