It really depends how active you were prior. If it is a situation where you have used tampons for years or have had his fingers in you before, then you will be more used to the sensation. If the guy is gentle it will not hurt as much. Which is why you should not be having sex unless it is with someone you trust.

It will hurt - but the level of pain is different for everyone. If you are well lubed and he takes his time - it may not be that bad. My first time didn't really hurt. It stinged a little. But I was well lubed and the guy took his time and went very slow with me.

For a chick yes, I'm very sorry to say that. If you want it the easy way out (which really there is no easy way out) get a guy who is small and not so thick other wise you won't be walking for a few days. I'm really sorry that it's like that. Good luck. . .
