I'm 28 years old, and weight 112 pounds. Typically, I eat really healthy, but I'm no saint and I do have sweets from time to time. I exercise daily. For my whole life, weight hasn't been a problem so I would eat whatever I craved, just as long as I was smart about it and did it moderation. However, now that I REALLY need to watch what I eat, does anyone recommend any certain foods and/or recipes that are good for lowering cholesterol, or certain foods I should stay away from?
