I like you're diet plan! I think it'll work great, if you keep it up. You should look for healthy foods that you really like, so when you want to splurge you can just go to your favorite healthy foods. (I'd probably go to watermelon or fresh pineapple! ^_^)

Yes, you will likely lose weight, but jumping rope 300 times? and 300 crunches are way too much exercise to do at first.
Any exercise plan should start slowly and increase only when your body feels ready. Try 50 times jumping rope and 25 crunches a day every other day, and increase to 60 each week if you feel good. You could start walking 30 minutes 3 times a day for cardio and always eat healthy and drink water whenever working out.
Best of Luck

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I think jumpropeing is fine but you ought to change it up that way your body doesn't get used to it and you can maximize growth, progress, and weight loss. You do 300 crunches mourning and night I don't think that is fine. Obviously your body has become used to the crunches so you will need to find new ab work outs to surprise your body. You don't have to get rid of crunches. Just do crunches one week and then say sit ups the next and so forth. If you add weights to the crunches it will surprise your body. Do reverse crunches they are excellent. If you don't like running play sports like basketball or tennis to help slim down.

well an easy way for me and i have told this before to someone who asked about low calorie food is mcdonald's apple dipper with low fat caramel oh so yummy and only 105 calorie's , a large stalk of celery with a tablespoon of honey to dip it in is only like 75 calories and totally fill's me up quick , i could totally eat like 5 or 6 of them so easily . If you can eat orange's those are also sweet and good for you at only 86 calorie's for a large one . also try walking a little more i have heard but don't know if true that for every step you burn 1 calorie . little change's in your eating habit lower calorie food with small portion's help in such a big way it is unreal . if you drink alot of soda like i do (at least a gallon a day lol) switch to diet . Instead of eating four doughnut's cut down to three small step's equal big change's !!! Good Luck. you can email me if you need any support , i am currenting trying to lose weight myself !!

Jump rope is pretty good. There are some exercise tapes that really balance things. (you have hundreds of muscles, and don't want to exercise just a few) Drink plenty of water. Two diets: 1) if it tastes good spit it out... (just kidding) 2) if you can't recognize it as a food the Almighty created, don't eat it. Also, if you can get "real salt" it has some trace minerals.

I don't like going to the gym either. I now follow an online diet program from Australian Lifestyle & Fitness. The site gives you a diet plan, exercise programs to do at home. I've lost 12kg on the program. Check it out www.alfitness.com.au

i alwyas get asked this question by customers.
first you ned to make a choice, do you want a healthy lifestyle change, or do you want a quick fix (this might no be perminant)

I could give you a few different supplements to use with working out, and a slight diet change, if you are interseted!?
i'd be glad to help you, i think your goal is very realistic!
