It depends on how much you weigh. If you can bench press your body weight, it's considered good.

I weigh 180 and bench at 275 and I am currently 15 but I've also been benching for almost 5 years now so it all depends

you should be able to bench press you bodyweight, or more if you work out regularly. i max at 265
