you poor thing, why do you want to lose that much weight? I would eat a more sensible diet and just start upping your
workout regime. With your current diet I think you'll either pass out, and as you said it's just not healthy to consume so little calories.

First off, I don't think you need to loose 30 pounds but if you would like to loose some weight then I don't think you are going about it the right way. Not so much unhealthy but the some of the food you are eating is not going to make you loose weight. Instead of drinking tea, drink water- instead of eating saltine crackers that are like eating bread which is fat and salt which makes you hold water, I would eat some type of meat, that will give you some protein and plus it burns faster. Green beans or something like that would be better than eating cheese for dinner. But you do need to exercise. Good luck!

This diet is neither healthy nor effective. Your portion sizes are too small and you are consuming no protein. You will slow your metabolism to a halt and even if you do lose weight it will be impossible to keep it up. Moreover, this diet isn't sustainable. I would recommend using a diet like weight watchers. It is the most long running effective diet on the market due to it's emphasis on counting calories. Weight loss is nothing more then calories in to calories out.
To answer your question:
With that few calories per day (providing they are the portions you recommended) you would probably not lose 30 lbs in 5 months without exercise. You will probably just get sick or more likely give up on your diet.
Don't do this diet though. It's awful.

If you have been eating this for a while you probably won't lose any more weight. You should do some cardio first thing in the morning for about 20-30 min, then eat 3-4 egg whites scrambled with some whole wheat toast and fruit. Then have a protein shake later in the day. and eat meat and vegetables for dinner. Don't eat cheese or sugar. Try to eat foods that are fresh and not processed. and you have to exercise every day! You should really focus on eating protein...egg whites, chicken, turkey, tuna, non or low fat cottage cheese, fish, and protein powder. you will feel and look better! also get some multi-vitamins.

You really need to get your metabolism going by eating healthy choices, more often. The problem is, most people don't know what a "healthy" choice is. Use your head. Read labels when using condiments (look for the sugar content).
You should really try to get in at least 4 small meals a day. Never starve yourself. Your metabolism slows down to account for less food intake, and then when you do eat bad, more of that is stored as fat.
You should really try to mix up your nutrition. This takes the monotony out of eating. Have oatmeal for breakfast. Eat a chicken salad for lunch. Maybe throw in a protein shake for a snack, and have a small steak for dinner with vegetables.
I hope I have been helpful.

you could easily lose 30 lbs before summer on this diet, but when you decide to eat again, your metabolism is going to have such a shock that you'll gain it all back at double time. exercise and a healthy diet are the best and easiest ways to lose weight. cut your normal calorie intake in half, and exercise for an hour or two everyday. the weight'll fall right off. good luck

The important thing is that youseek for a balance diet (to loose weight, not to starve )otherwise after you end it , you will gain weight again as you havent change your regular everyday diet .
Seek for a weight loss expert or look for a proper diet even a friend could recommend ,or from a book or magazine.......

My wife lost weight with Jenny Craig. They eat healthy, but eat 6 times a day--small amounts. Exercise is very important in losing weight also. Fruits and veggies are important in a healthy diet.

You will probably gain weight on this diet. I keep saying this but it is so true for so many of you. Go to www.mypyramid.gov and find out what is healthy for you. Yes, you are a bit heavy but you may not be overweight but at 95 pounds you will definately be underweight.
Find out how to live healthy and the pounds will take care of themselves. Unless of course, you want to put your health at risk for the rest of your life.
