I have the upper & middle part of my stomach out & a bit fat in my balley. I am so careful in taking food coz I increase so easly. I eat vegetables, bread, cranchy food & drink 1/2litres of water and also 4 cups of tea per day. Most of the time I take cranchy food (not biscuts &cakes) for breakfast & dinner. So putting the above information in to consideration. what do u think is wrong about the way I feed my self?

Is the bread whole wheat or white? Try to cut down on bread, if possible. Also, I didn't see you mention fruit. When I concentrate on eating 5 servings of fruits and veggies each day, my belly flattens fast.

Here is a good example:

Breakfast: Egg whites scrambled with peppers and mushrooms, turkey bacon (2 strips)

1st snacK: apple

Lunch: Veggie soup, salad

Snack: banana or berries with yogurt

Dinner: fish, baked potato, veggies

Dessert or snack: Strawberries with fat-free, sugar-free pudding

Eat Frsh Veggies, Lean meat, chicken & Fish, Nuts are also good. Plenty of fruit & Juices. Stay away from starchy foods, fried anything and bakery goods. Above all, with diet goes exercise to help reduce and stay flat.

Stay off faddy diets, Health is in your mind. You diet with
Cranchy" Foods (What is that?) may be OK but watch out for intake of carbohydrates and sugars in every form. You id not mention any exercise and that is important for muscle strength and definition.

I don't think it's so much as to what you eat, but how much you exercise. I also heard somewhere that a good way to lose weight, is to eat all day, but just like little snacks every hour or 3. it helps with your matabolizsm.
