I have mostly belly that's where the weight goes, I am tall, 5'8 and weigh 150, which is on the high side of the NORMAL weight range. Would appreciate any diet prog suggestions? Was considering South beach but it's so much grocery shopping, too expensive. I'd like to get back to 140. Thanks!

Yes it a very odd question, I know, but I feel like my body is way to muscular and for a woman, I feel that my muscles are too hard and they show easily. Is there a way that you can lose muscle?

By the way I know thats its muscle and not fat or anything like that, because im a dancer and im constantly dancing!

I do pull ups all the time and cant tell that there working my back at all the only thing i fill burn is the back of my shoulders.
What part of the back are they exposed too work?
Am I doin them right?

Hi there,
I used to play football (aka soccer) for years as a kid going into teenage years. However, I stopped playing due to lack of time. I miss it a lot and now I'm at University I want to get back into playing it again and play for my Uni. Can I get some fitness advice please to ease my way back in?
I have 8 months to get fit before I start training again properly. I would just like to know exercises / work outs related to football.

Like the wuss I am, I hate swallowing tablets or capsules - so I get tablets and crush them. I take, in addition to my multi-vitamin, other stuff like ginseng, calcium and cod liver oil, and selenium tablets. Can I crush these and mix them all together to add to my water and drink, or is this dangerous? I drink so much water in the morning my commute is horrible with needing to....well, you know!

I do a min of 6 sessions a week. Today the class was full and I missed out on a bike. That's the fourth time this month!

ok i know im gonna get loads of preachy answers to this but please please dont judge me for it
im 5'9, 17 and weight about 100-102
i havent had a period in 6 months
i have ben trying to eat a bit more but i know, that right now im not willing to put on 10 pounds or whatever so dont say "gain weight"
i just realy want to start getting my period again.is there any supplements or specific vitamins i can take that might bring my period back? i DONT wanna start eating loads!!!
Actually, is there any drawbacks to not having a period.?...surely that means i dont have to worry too much about geting pregnant when im having sex with my bf (i havent had sex yet but im really thinking about it) and i know its wouldnt be a substitute for contraception btw
oh and please dont just say "get help", please just answer if ya can!!
