I CAN'T CONTROL MYSELF!!!!!..GGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRR...................WHEN I SEE MY FAVOURITE CHOCOLATE/CRISPS/SWEETS, I'M NOT HAPPY UNTIL I'VE EATEN THEM ALL, even my parents are saying that im fat and lazy.... please please help me because i'm getting very DEPRESSED and SAD, i even cry my eyes out because i want to be slim but i am not strong enough, im not even allowed to go out with my friends, i am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo damn BOOOOOOOOOORED! ='[ GGGGRRRRR!!!!! God please help me.....
once i tried my own diet, eating when im hungry, eating healthily and exercising and i lost more than 1 stone, i was soooooooooooo happy and confident, but now i've gone back to being fat and lazy again and i just wanna burst out crying and SCREAM I CAN'T STICK TO ANY DIET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Please help me!!!!!!!! ='( ='(

Well, you stuck to the previous diet and were able to lose 1 stone. That's quite an accomplishment. [For those who don't know, 1 stone = 14 lbs]. Since you already know what to do, you should start over again. The trick here is that once you've lost the weight you have to maintain healthy eating habits and keep getting a reasonable amount of exercise. Also, if you eat just a bit of those tasty snacks slowly you'll enjoy them more and you won't be tempted to go overboard. I too have a problem when faced with chocolates/crisps/sweets, but I've taught myself to save some for later and not shovel it all in at one time.

This is a tough situation.

In order to lose some serious weight, you must sacrifice. Depending on how fast you want to lose, you'll need to be very careful what and when you eat.

The best revenge is losing the weight...so make a promise to yourself that you will take care of you. Don't let anyone or any excuse stand in your way. You can do it. Many other people have, and you are just as smart and capable as they are.

When someone says something bad about your weight, or being lazy...dig deep inside and know that you are not lazy/fat, or whatever they are saying to you.

When someone says something bad to you, show them by being disciplined...eat something healthy, and workout. You are a warrior, and you can challenge them and overcome this situation.

Well first of all it sounds like you are an emotional eater. This is something that needs to be worked out with a counselor. Tell your parents you need to speak to a professional about it. Trust me I am 27 years old, have 3 kids and still am in bondage to my weight issues. I am an emotional eater and it's a day to day thing but with help you can do it.

Is the 5 seconds of good taste you get with a candy worth the constant depression you get from being fat?

diet is all about will power and the ability to control your urges. If you cannot do that than you will never lose weight. If you really overweight picture it like this...pig out every year till you die or take one year and your lifetime and diet like crazy to achieve a body you dream of. if you dont, than never complain about your body
