LOSE WEGHITTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SET mini goals...then when you reach them gift yourself with something other than food(example 5lb or 10 lb mark a piece of jewelry you always wanted etc etc)

Write down reasons you want to lose weight, when you feel sidetracked read these reasons to yourself over and over again.

MAKE a poster to put in your room(notebook works too) every month. Include words, quotes or pictures of things that inspire you to lose the weight. Track your weight loss on this as well aka MAKE A GRAPH this way you can see it going down every week!

Know that some weeks you won't lose a lb or you will gain, understand that this is bc muscle weighs more than fat. Go by how your clothes fit.

START slow, cut out soda's etc. Do not change everything all at once. That is harder to stick by.

Soon your diet should look like this
Just cut out all junk food, soda's yes even diet and processed foods.

Get a 8inch dinner plate and cut it in half. Half should be PLAIN veggies or with LOW CALORIE dressing, 1/4 should be a LEAN meat like fish(not salmon) and chicken breast w/out skin and 1/4 should be a WHOLE GRAIN like brown rice or whole wheat pasta etc.

For snacks veggies or fruit. Nuts add too many cals. look at serving size.

For bread etc make sure it says whole wheat and not enriched whole wheat. the second is a tricky way to say it's white bread dyed brown and called wheat. Also go to mypyramid.gov

Allow yourself to eat Dark chocolate since it is actually good for you(and a little goes a long way) also if you Crave some sort of junkfood get the 100cal packs and only have ONE.

Excersize every day for 45 minutes to an hour(you can break this up into 10 minute ones if you want). Walking does it for me.

Drink lots and LOTS of water.

The gym is great if you can get there. Have a backup in case you can't. I've been doing at least 30 min of cardio everyday and I've been drinking plenty of water too, but it wasn't until I found this website that the weight started to come off and I'm not hungry. I lost 5 pounds the first week and have lost over 20 pounds so far. I learned a lot about food and how to EAT to lose. Good Luck!

to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.

Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.

Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.

no eating after 7pm !!

do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.

Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.

P.S.
American Whey protein is also good for a replacement meal.
Good taste and goes down smoothly.
Been taking it for 5 yrs now.

Good luck:

Eat healthy...and smaller portions. Also, work out. You know what to do, you just need to motivate yourself to do it.
