Try drinking more water, and avoid sodas. Drinking one soda every day for a year, makes you gain 25 pounds.

Avoid sugary foods. Last year, my mom cut sugary foods out fo her diet, adn she lost 45 ibs.
Exercise more. Maybe go for a run later at night or early in the morning.
Sit ups and crunches. Yoga.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

ur healthy already, but if u really want to lose more, eat a little less. Don't go anerexic just like one spoon less than what u normally eat. The key in weight loss is plenty of exercise. Also, drink plenty of water because if u don't, ur body stores it for extra weight. Also, never skip a meal because then, ur body will think it would need to store fat.

Your weight is good enough for you. If you want muscles, try doing crunches, lifting weights,and sit-ups. good luck!
