My friend Molly, she's a dancer twenty four seven. She's trying to work up to this scholarship and she's only thirteen, you can only miss three classes, more than that and you're off chances for the scholarship. Anyway, she's a vigorous dancer but she's also like close to anorexic looking.
I've been over her house for dinner, and she only eats very small amounts of things, and doesn't drink soda. (Her eating habbits aren't bad enough to be classified as unhealthy, that's not what I'm getting at.)
Maybe just eat a bit more, you can keep it carby and full of protein and still keep dancing. Well, that's my take on it at least.

You could always stop dancing. If not, you could drink beer, which is known help with muscle loss. It's kind of hard with you constantly dancing though. You are probably still hot, even with the extra muscle.

you just naturally build muscle better than other women!! Best way is to not excersize and in a long while you will lose it, also if you lose weight you will lose muscle, but I bet you dont have much weight you can lose. Best thing to do is nothing and enjoy that you are in great physical shape.
I am that way too, I build muscle very easy just by sport

Yes, don't use them as vigorously as before.
Astronauts are constantly losing muscle mass, a big problem in space travel.

I don't think you should worry about losing muscle mass perhaps you should try to be happy that you are healthy enough to dance and be proud of yourself

you can't lose muscle per se but you can make them smaller by not using them. i sincerely doubt you are too muscular as a dancer.
