eat loads of good food, especially protein - protein is what muscle needs to grow

Don't try the unhealthy food thing, that can lead to serious things like diabetes.

Bump up your protein and fat intake. Asian food is brilliant - samosas and curries are great.

Eat fleshy fruit like avocados and coconut.

Don't eat too much carby foods (potatoes, etc.) as that can boost your metabolism and you'll burn all that energy inside you.

And the best part - don't move a muscle!

Try drinking the boost with extra protein. Try one or two a day as snacks along with your normal meals. At one point I had to drink 4 of them a day along with regular meals just to keep weight on and that was eating fast food and tons of junk food (stupid high metabolism!).

thats all rubbis

just eat one meal per day late at night...your body will start to think you are starving thusd slow your motabolism...your body will start to store all fat even from healthy foods and the wieght will bang on....I know it happened to me when I first started working shifts now I am a right fat ****.

be warned though it can be hardere to shift this kind of wiehgt if you are not happy with it than that of the protien and weight training route.

(to get it off you need to eat a high fat diet and do shed loads of exercise)

you could try drinking those meal replacements milkshakes they come in strawberry and vanilla the brand name is truly health and its lactose free. Also if you like pastries you could eat some of those like pie.
And you could buy the highest healthy fat cereal with milk. And if this doesn't work than it just means that you have a good metabolism.

You need to build muscle and maybe have a little more carbohydrates. Not unhealthy stuff just maybe eat more meals in a day or something. Have more fruits more times a day.
