I drink 4 glasses of milk everyday and then eat dinner. thats my diet. Also I'm 16 years old, 5'3, and 108 pounds. So is my diet healthy??

skipping meals is not good! eat sensable meals, 2 slices of 100% wheat toast dry and a cup of non fat yougert for breakfast. take a salad to school for lunch or a grilled chicken sandwich. 108 lbs is not fat! don't worry so much about losing weight as you should about maintaining it!

Okay.. if that is ALL you are eating then NO WAY it's not healthy.

A gerbil can live off that many calories, not a human!
And technically you are underweight.

Drink 4 glasses of SKIM milk throughout the day, along with more food and then you will have a healthy diet.
What your eating right now is not good for your body at all. You could soon get a reality check when your faced with health problems from not eating enough.

yes it is ok to drink lots of milk its actully quite good to drink lots of milk as it has lot of calcium but i would say have a glass of milk in the morning not before dinner as it might make your dinner taste odd and you may be sick
your diet is healthy just try to drink some water as well as milk and for dinner maybe have salad with something like tuna that is a good diet.

yes that is a good diet but some milk can make you chubby but that depends on what kind of milk.
