Nutrittious>???
THE yolk packs all the protein, fat etc and is by far more superior as far as nutrition, than the white.
Eggs provide a significant amount of protein to one's diet, as well as various nutrients.
Chicken eggs are the most commonly eaten eggs, and are highly nutritious. They supply a large amount of complete, high-quality protein which contains all essential amino acids for humans,[15] and provide significant amounts of several vitamins and minerals, including vitamin A, riboflavin, folic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, choline, iron, calcium, phosphorus and potassium. They are also one of the least expensive single-food sources of complete protein. One large chicken egg contains approximately 7 grams of protein.
All of the egg's vitamin A, D and E is in the egg yolk.

White Part! the yellow part is where ALL the fat, and somewhat unhealthy stuff is.
If you just eat the white part, you will be eating a fat-free egg, because the white part doesnt have fat, + instead of the average 80 calorie egg, it will be reduced to about 50 calories. Hope This Helps!

the white of the egg is more nutritious because it is mostly protein. the yolk contains saturated fat and some protein which is ok in moderation but if you intend to have more than 2 eggs at a time then use whites of all but 1 or 2 of them.

Egg whites are by far the healthiest.
the yolks (yellow part) are very fattening and contain a lot of calories.
