My parents keep telling me if I do a lot of jumping jacks and jump roping, it'd make me grow taller. What kind of BS is that??? I asked them, wheres the proof? They said the doctor who is specialized in knowing "growths" told them that and my parents agreed. My parents are also asian so I hope you guys get the idea. I kept saying its not true yet they've been yelling at me in anger saying it's true, DO IT !!!!!!! ....yeah ok

No way in hell. Are you overweight? Maybe they want you to exercise and lose weight, but they are timid about saying it your face.

first of all...please don't call your parents idiots! secondly, you are right, there is no proof that this will help a person grow. But if this is the worst thing they tell you....thank your lucky stars! Do the dammin jumping jacks.

Haha yeah, that is kind of odd. I don't think jumping is directly related to growth, but it definitely will make you stronger! Maybe it will strengthen and lengthen your bones or something. :)

you are correct, there is no way to make people taller, otherwise don't you think basketball players would know about this, your height is determined by genetics, and theres nothing you or anybody can do about it.
